Well, Fireside never put any other brand down. They didn’t need to because they know they sell a great hot tub (Marquis) and that’s all that matters. Aside from his technical skills, Ryan takes a personal interest in each service call - viewing it as if it were his problem and not simply a description on a service order. He is personable, thoughtful and goes out of his way to be certain all aspects are addressed - even ones I, as a home owner, don't realize. I can only imagine the frustrations in Customer Service but you would never know it from conversations with Karen. I feel like I'm taking to a friend rather than an employee.
