Our Marquis Spas Seven Point Customer Benefits Program

We want you to be very satisfied with all aspects of purchasing and using your new spa. We are able to offer you an industry leading customer benefits program because Marquis Spas is the industry quality leader and because of our doing business here in Central Oregon since 1979.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee: If within the first 30 days of spa usage, you are not satisfied with your new Marquis spa, Fireside will either allow you to exchange it for a new model of equal value or we will refund 100% of your purchase price. You are responsible for any electrical work and for all crane fees or special handling when there is no direct access to the spa. This guarantee does not replace warranty service nor does it apply to spas that have been electrically misinstalled, altered or abused.
2. Our Trade Up Program: If within the first 30 days of spa usage, you decide to trade up to a more premium model, we will exchange your spa. You will be responsible for the price difference, any special handling or crane fees and any other construction costs.
3. Your Courtesy Discount Card: Upon payment and installation of your new Marquis spa, you will receive a 10% courtesy discount card that can be used for spa accessories and chemicals as long as you own your spa.
4. Your $100.00 Referral Credit: Marquis customers are a great form of advertising. If you refer friends, neighbors or family members to us and they purchase a Marquis Spa from us, you will receive a $100.00 check. Be sure to ask us for referral cards.
5. Installation of Accessories: When you purchase accessories with your new Marquis spa such as a cover lifter, Fireside will install them at no charge at the time of initial delivery of your spa.
6. At-Home Orientation: Fireside will provide you with an at-home orientation on how your new Marquis spa operates and the proper procedures for maintaining it. 
7. Start-up Chemicals and Cover: Fireside will provide you with a free start-up chemicals kit and we will install and properly secure your spa cover.

We know that choosing the right hot tub for your needs is important to you. It's also very important to us because your satisfaction means positive referrals for us. Our sales staff will work with you to help you make the best hot tub choice for your needs, including spending time with you at your home to help you select the right location. Many customers take advantage of our free test soak at both of our stores in order to experience the Marquis Spas High Flow™ hydrotherapy with TriZone™. We also provide free standard delivery and free start up of your hot tub. Additionally, you will receive excellent service after your hot tub purchase from our support staff, from our factory trained  personnel and from Marquis Spas personnel themselves.
