If you have not purchased your product from us or it is very old, be sure to read the following:

We can only provide service on the current brands and models that we are selling. These are the only products that we have current factory training on and that have the necessary access to factory replacement parts. Other local service businesses are available for old products or brands we do not sell.

It’s very expensive for us to create, operate and maintain our service department with it’s fully equipped vehicles and factory trained and certified personnel that receive fair compensation and benefits. We do this to take care of our customers. Reality is that unlike car dealerships, almost all the money to operate our service department comes from selling the products that we service. We therefore cannot provide free warranty work or do adjustments on products that we do not sell to you. That free work is the responsibility of the retail business that you purchased from.

If you purchased an item that we currently sell and it was purchased from another source, we may be able to do warranty work for you. But... it will not be free and we will charge you our normal service call rates. Occasionally we cannot do service work on products we have sold because the manufacturer no longer supports the product.
